Mensana is our way to approach “Mens Sana in Corpore Sano”

We consider an individual’s holistic vision, where body and mind are two different expressions of the same.

A healthy mind does not mean feeling happy all the time, it means having a true relationship with oneself, and achieving the capacity to face and accept the internal emotional truth.

In-person and remote options

Our office is located at the heart of Lisbon, in Rato. It is worth the visit, but we can also help with remote sessions.
