Anastasia’s approach is always compassionate and curious, comprehending that everyone, regardless of age and stage, can be confronted by the complexities and challenges of life. As an Art Psychotherapist, Anastasia believes in the transformative power of the arts and their immense value in therapy.

Anastasia has been working with children, young people, and adults in a diverse range of settings since 2013. She has extensive experience in the education sector, working as an Art Psychotherapist, specialist autism teacher, and Special Educational Co-Ordinator in Leadership at London schools. Additionally, she has specialist clinical experience working for the London National Health Service (NHS), providing psychotherapy to adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, low confidence and eating disorders in a psychology team. Consequently, she brings invaluable understanding of the social, emotional, developmental and academic barriers that can affect families. In her private clinic and charity sector work, she has gained experience with adults and parent dyads.  Fundamentally, Anastasia has a passion for building deep, nurturing connections with clients and working closely with families until important shifts have occurred.
