Light and Darkness: supporting families Navigating Mental Illness together
Are You Supporting a Loved One with Mental Health Challenges?
Caring for someone with an unstable mental state can be overwhelming—emotionally, physically, and mentally.
In this group, you will:
• Share and connect with others who truly understand your experience.
• Learn to navigate complex emotions and release the rigidity that comes from constant caregiving.
• Explore your thoughts and feelings through photo-therapy, a transformative tool to help you:
• Reflect on your responses to challenges.
• Identify what holds you back from self-care.
• Reconnect with your hopes, strength, and sense of purpose.
This supportive environment isn’t just about understanding—it’s about creating space for YOU, so you can find clarity, balance, and renewed energy to face the challenges ahead.
Matan Sivan, has walked this path. Having overcome my own mental health challenges 17 years ago, I hold a master’s degree in clinical social work and phototherapy. For over a decade, I’ve been supporting families navigating the complexities of mental illness, helping them transform their perspectives and find strength.
