Léna worked for around twenty years within a French public institution with varied populations, from young children to adults, in various fields such as child welfare, integration, support. to parenthood or even the identification and management of trauma. She has developed a rich clinic with these individuals and families going through often complex stages of life. It is these meetings which today form the basis of his commitment and have determined his interest in better identifying and supporting people who have experienced trauma.

Attentive and concerned about respect for Human Rights and gender equality, she is involved as a volunteer listener within the French association Save You, The Sorority whose aim is to support French families established in foreigner and victims of intra-family violence.
