Maria João’s journey through Psychoanalysis and Psychodrama began when she was a Psychology college student and she was told she couldn't do psychotherapy and help others if she didn't undergo psychotherapy sessions herself. In this way, in addition to increasing her inner thinking freedom, she began to have a curious and interesting relationship with the symbolic, that is, psychoanalysis and psychodrama became part of her daily life. It is this positive experience she tries to provide her patients in order to transform their lives.
